When your property’s fire equipment is in need of replacement or repair and is unable to work properly, it is legally required to have a guard on site to ensure the fire department is notified in the event of a fire. 

Your property is at risk of being damaged or even destroyed if your fire monitoring system is not working and you don’t have a Firewatch inspector on site. 

It is imperative that you not only have a Firewatch company to conduct inspections, but to have a Firewatch company that you trust will get the job done correctly. 

Your External Solution conducts a fire inspection every half hour during our time on the property. This inspection is documented with a GPS timestamp. 

We will complete a fire inspection report that includes photos of the property each hour that will be emailed over to the board and to the fire marshal. 

Our in depth inspection includes the following: 

• Photos of the exterior of the building

• Time and date of inspection

• GPS stamp 

• Photo of each floor inspected 

• Photo of elevator

• Any necessary notes
